چکیده
The study was conducted with the objective of determining effects dietary replacement soybean meal graded levels linseed on selected blood parameters, meat composition, fatty acid profiles, and quality broiler chickens. Cobb500 broilers were fed diets containing at 0% (T1), 6.5% (T2), 13% (T3), 19.5 (T4), 26% (T5), replacing to 100% in compound rations for 45 days. experiment using a completely randomized design five treatments, each replicated three times 12 birds. Blood hematological indices not affected (P>0.05) by treatment while among biochemistry triglyceride cholesterol concentrations T1 higher (P<0.05) than T3, T4, T5. Glucose T5 T2 (P<0.01). breast thigh proximate composition crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), ash, carbohydrate, gross energy similar treatments. sensory scores samples different palmitic content other Eliadic stearic greater T1, T2, T3 T4 oleic linoleic contents rest Breast linolenic high but meat. Total saturated (SFA) showed decreasing trend an increasing level (LSM) ration. ratio monounsaturated (MUFA) SFA T2. omega-6 (n-6) omega-3 (n-3) as LSM (SBM) ration increased. Generally, up broilers’ diet improves essential chicken without affecting chickens’ normal does alter attributes.

One hundred and eighty 28-days-old Arbor Acres broiler birds were utilized in a 28 day experiment to investigate the effect of replacing bone ash with eggshell meal in the diet of broiler birds on their nutrient digestibility and blood parameters. Five experimental diets tagged T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 were formulated to be isocaloric (2865.53 kcal ME/kg) and isonitrogenous (20% crude protein) suc...

Effect of the Replacement of Soybean Meal by Rubber Seed Meal on Growth, Economics and Carcass Characteristics of Broiler
The experiment was to study the effects of replacing soybean meal by rubber seed meal on growth, economics and carcass characteristics of broiler. A total of 150 day-old commercial broiler (Cobb-500) was reared for a period of 35 days. There were five treatments including T0 (without rubber seed meal), T1 (10% rubber seed meal), T2 (20% rubber seed meal), and T3 (30% rubber seed meal) and T4 (4...
